What it is
A workout log records each session with its date, type, duration, effort and distance. Strength sessions hold sets and weights inside the page. The calendar shows how often you train, the table sorted by date shows the last few weeks, and the board groups sessions by type so you can see if you skip mobility.
When to use it
- You're training for a race or a strength goal
- You want to know what weight you lifted last time
- Your training app doesn't track everything you do
How to use it
- 01
Log a session
Click New, pick the type and fill in minutes, effort and distance. For strength, write the sets inside the page.
- 02
Plan ahead
Add planned sessions with a future date. They show on the calendar so you can see the week.
- 03
Compare
Filter Type is Run and sort by Distance to see your longest runs.
- 04
Get a summary
Use Ask AI on the log to summarise the last four weeks of training.
Or have the AI draft your version
"Build a workout log for a 12-week half marathon plan with planned and done sessions, pace per km, heart rate, and a weekly total distance view."
