What it is
A goal tracker lists your goals for the year with a life area, a status, a progress percentage, a target date and one line on why it matters. The why is the part people skip and the part that matters when motivation drops in March. Each goal opens as a page where you break it into milestones.
When to use it
- You set New Year goals and forget them by February
- You want goals across work, health and money in one view
- You want to see which goals are at risk before the deadline
How to use it
- 01
Write each goal as a row
Give it an area, a target date and a reason. A goal you can't measure gets a milestone list instead of a percentage.
- 02
Break it into milestones
Open the goal and add to-dos for each milestone. Update Progress when you tick one off.
- 03
Review monthly
Use the board grouped by status. Anything in At risk gets a new plan or a later date.
- 04
Share one goal
Use the share link with comment access so a friend or coach can check in on a goal.
Or have the AI draft your version
