What it is
A task tracker lists every task with a status, an owner, a priority and a due date. The board grouped by status shows what's moving this week. The table sorted by due date shows what's late. The calendar shows how the next weeks look. Each task opens as a page for details and checklists.
When to use it
- Small teams that need one shared list
- Freelancers juggling several clients
- Any project with more than ten open tasks
How to use it
- 01
Add tasks
Click New on the board, type the task and set owner, priority and due date.
- 02
Move it along
Change the status as work progresses. The board shows it in the new column.
- 03
Make a view per person
Add a table view with a filter on Owner and name it after that person.
- 04
Break big tasks down
Open a task, write a line of context and use Ask AI to continue it with a list of steps. Turn the ones you keep into to-dos.
Or have the AI draft your version
"Build a task tracker for a two-person bakery with tasks for orders, suppliers, social media and maintenance, priorities, due dates and a board by status."
