What it is
A team wiki is the place new and old team members look before they ask. This one starts with four sub-pages: how we work, tools and accounts, meetings, and a glossary. Every page has an owner in its first line, which is what keeps a wiki from going stale.
When to use it
- Teams of four or more who answer the same questions repeatedly
- Remote teams without a hallway to ask in
- Before hiring, so new people have something to read
How to use it
- 01
Name an owner per page
Write the owner in the first line. They review the page every few months.
- 02
Add pages as questions come up
If you explain something twice, add a sub-page with + in the sidebar.
- 03
Let people ask the wiki
Ask your workspace answers questions from the wiki pages and links the pages it used.
- 04
Share with the team
Share the top page. Sub-pages inherit access, so new pages are visible right away.
Or have the AI draft your version
"Create a team wiki for a 10-person marketing agency with sub-pages for how we work with clients, tools and logins, meeting rhythm, brand guidelines and a glossary."

Draft your own with AI
