What it is
A weekly planner starts with the three things that must get done, then breaks the week into a short list per day. The Friday review asks what got done, what slipped and what moves on. Three priorities is the limit on purpose. Most weeks fall apart from too many, not too few.
When to use it
- Your to-do list is long and you can't tell what matters this week
- You want a Sunday or Monday ritual to plan the week
- You keep carrying the same tasks from one week to the next
How to use it
- 01
Set three priorities
Write them at the top before anything else. If a day gets busy, these are the tasks you protect.
- 02
Fill each day
Add two or three to-dos per day. Link a related page with @ so the details are one click away.
- 03
Review on Friday
Open the toggles in the review section and answer them. Move at most two items into next week.
- 04
Reuse the layout
Use Save as template on this page, so next week starts from the same structure with empty days.
