Draft a page
Describe the page in a sentence. The AI writes it with headings, lists, to-dos and callouts, and you edit the result like anything else you wrote.
AI notes
The AI in Prompt Notebook does three jobs. It drafts a page from one sentence, rewrites what you select, and answers questions from your own pages with a link to each source.

Three jobs
Describe the page in a sentence. The AI writes it with headings, lists, to-dos and callouts, and you edit the result like anything else you wrote.
Ask a question in plain words. The AI reads the pages that match best, answers from them, and puts a numbered link after each claim so you can open the source.
"What did we decide about the pricing test?"
"Which tasks are overdue for Ben?"
"Where is the guide for setting up a new laptop?"
Select text, or nothing for the whole page, and pick an action. The result appears next to your text, and you insert it, replace the original or throw it away.
Under the hood
No magic and no training on your notes. Four plain steps run every time you ask.
Your question goes to our server, not straight to the AI provider.
A keyword search runs over the titles and text of the pages you can read. Title matches count double, and the eight best pages go forward.
Claude, by Anthropic, gets your question and excerpts from those pages, and writes the answer from them.
Each claim ends with a number that links to its page. If none of the pages answers the question, the answer says so in one sentence.
When does the pricing test start?
The pricing test starts on 1 November and needs two full weeks of traffic1. Lea is writing the test plan, due Friday1. The roadmap lists it under Q4 growth work2.

Where it falls short
If your notes say "invoice" and you ask about "bills", the right page may not be found. Use the words you used when you wrote it.
A question that needs twenty meeting notes to answer gets the eight best matches. Narrow the question, or ask about one project at a time.
The AI can misread a page or mix up two of them. That is why every claim has a source. Click it before you forward the answer.
It does not search the web, and it never reads pages you have no access to. Private pages of other people stay out.

01
"Onboarding guide for a designer who joins on Monday" beats "onboarding guide".
02
List the sections you want. The draft follows your order.
03
Dates, budgets and team size turn a generic page into yours.

Fix the outline first, then run Improve on the parts that read flat.
