What it is
A project roadmap shows what you plan to build, grouped by quarter, with a status, a team, a lead and a confidence level. Confidence is the honest part. High means it's planned and staffed. Low means it's an intention. Each initiative opens as a page with the why and what done means.

How to use it

Add initiatives
One row per initiative, not per task. Set quarter, team and confidence.

Plan on the board
The board by quarter shows the year. Change an initiative's quarter and it moves to that column.

Hide details for sharing
Add a view with Lead and Confidence hidden for presenting the roadmap to people outside the team.

Link the work
