Hiring pipeline template

Candidates on a board by stage with role, source and the date of the next step.

6 database rows

This is the page you get. Every block and row is editable.

What it is

A hiring pipeline tracks candidates from application through screen, interview and offer to hired or rejected. Each candidate card has the role, the source, the interviewers and the date of the next step. The calendar of next steps is what stops good candidates from waiting two weeks for a reply.

When to use it

  • Hiring for one or more roles at once
  • Several people interviewing the same candidates
  • Small companies without a hiring tool

How to use it

  1. 01

    Add candidates

One row per candidate with role, source and email. Paste screen notes inside the card.

  2. 02

    Move through stages

Update the stage after each step. The board shows how many people sit in each one.

  3. 03

    Never miss a next step

The calendar view shows every scheduled next step. A candidate with no date set is waiting on you.

  4. 04

    Keep access tight

Share the pipeline only with the interviewers. Sub-pages inherit the same access.
