Customer feedback log template

Feedback from support, calls and reviews in one table, tagged by theme so patterns show up.

6 database rows

This is the page you get. Every block and row is editable.

What it is

A customer feedback log collects what customers tell you from support, interviews, reviews and sales calls in one table. Each entry gets a theme, a sentiment and a status (new, planned, shipped or won't do). One complaint is an anecdote. Ten under the same theme is a priority.

When to use it

  • Feedback is spread across support, sales and reviews
  • Deciding what to build next
  • Closing the loop with customers when you ship a fix

How to use it

  1. 01

    Log it with the source

Add a row with the customer, source and theme. Paste their exact words in a quote block inside.

  2. 02

    Find patterns

Filter Theme contains Onboarding to read all feedback on one topic.

  3. 03

    Plan and close the loop

Set status to Planned or Shipped. Filter Shipped to see who to tell.

  4. 04

    Ask across feedback

Ask your workspace "What do customers say about reminders?" for an answer that cites the entries.

Or have the AI draft your version

"Create a customer feedback log for a meal kit delivery service with sources, themes for delivery, recipes, packaging and price, sentiment, status and six sample entries."
