Simple CRM template

Deals on a board by stage with value, contact and next step, so you know what to chase this week.

6 database rows

This is the page you get. Every block and row is editable.

What it is

A CRM (customer relationship management) here is a deal pipeline. Each deal moves through stages: lead (someone showed interest), qualified (they have the need and budget), proposal, negotiation, then won or lost. Each deal has a value in euros, a contact and a next-step date. The rule that matters is that every open deal has a next step on the calendar.

When to use it

  • Freelancers and agencies with a handful of open deals
  • Small sales teams that don't need a full CRM yet
  • Tracking partnerships or fundraising conversations

How to use it

  1. 01

    Add deals

One row per deal with value, contact and email. Notes from calls go inside the deal page.

  2. 02

    Move by stage

Update the stage after each conversation. The board is your pipeline.

  3. 03

    Schedule follow-ups

Set Next step on every open deal. The calendar view becomes your follow-up list.

  4. 04

    Link call notes

Mention the client call notes page with @ inside the deal, so the history stays together.

Or have the AI draft your version

"Create a simple CRM for a wedding photographer with stages from enquiry to booked, package value in euros, wedding date, venue, next step date and source."
