What it is
A daily journal works when it's short enough to keep doing. This one asks three questions in the morning (gratitude, what would make the day good, what to let go of) and three at night (what happened, what you learned, what carries over). Each day is its own sub-page under one journal page, so the sidebar becomes a timeline you can scroll back through.
When to use it
- You want a writing habit that takes five minutes, not an hour
- You keep losing track of what happened in a week
- You want to look back in a few months and spot patterns
How to use it
- 01
Add today's page
Click + next to Journal in the sidebar to add a sub-page. Name it with the date and copy the questions from the parent page.
- 02
Write in the morning and at night
Answer each question in a line or two. Turn anything you need to do into a to-do with [ ] so it shows as a checkbox.
- 03
Look back once a month
Open Ask AI on the journal and ask what came up most often in your evening notes. The answer links to the days it read.
- 04
Keep it private
The journal stays in your Private section until you share it. Star it so it sits under Favorites.
Or have the AI draft your version
"Draft a daily journal page for a nurse on rotating night shifts, with three questions before a shift, three after, and a short section for sleep and energy."
