What it is
A travel planner keeps one trip on one page. Bookings, budget and the pre-trip checklist sit on top, and sub-pages hold the day-by-day itinerary and a packing list. Everyone coming along can edit the same page, so nobody has to forward booking emails again.
When to use it
- You're planning a trip with other people
- Booking confirmations are spread across three inboxes
- You want a packing list you can reuse next time
How to use it
- 01
Fill in the bookings
Paste flight numbers, times and booking references into the top section. Pick a cover so the trip is easy to find in the sidebar.
- 02
Plan the days
Open the Itinerary sub-page and add one heading per day. Link restaurants or tickets with their URLs.
- 03
Share with your travel partner
Use Share and send a link with edit access. Their changes show up on your screen within a few seconds.
- 04
Reuse the packing list
After the trip, untick the list and save the page tree as a template for the next one.
Or have the AI draft your version
"Plan a 4-day trip to Vienna for two people in December with an itinerary sub-page (museums, a concert, Christmas markets), a packing list for cold weather and a budget section."
