Content calendar template

Every post, newsletter and video on a calendar by publish date, with channel, status and owner.

7 database rows

This is the page you get. Every block and row is editable.

What it is

A content calendar schedules every piece of content by publish date, across blog, newsletter, social and video. Each piece has a channel, a status from idea to published, an owner and a target keyword. The calendar shows gaps and clusters, and the board by status shows what's stuck in review.

When to use it

  • Publishing on more than one channel
  • Teams where writer, editor and designer hand work over
  • Planning content around launches and seasons

How to use it

  1. 01

    Plan the month

Click New, set the publish date, channel and owner. The piece shows up on that day in the calendar.

  2. 02

    Brief inside the piece

Open it and write the reader, the goal and the length. Add a checklist for draft, review and images.

  3. 03

    Unblock reviews

The board by status shows what sits in Review. Leave comments on the draft page for the writer.

  4. 04

    Draft with AI

Use Ask AI on a brief to draft an outline or a first version, then edit it yourself.

Or have the AI draft your version

"Create a content calendar for a yoga studio with blog posts, a monthly newsletter, Instagram posts and class announcements for the next six weeks, with owners and statuses."
