Meetings

All-hands agenda template

A timed agenda for a company meeting with wins, numbers, team updates and collected questions.

This is the page you get. Every block and row is editable.

What it is

An all-hands is the meeting where the whole company hears the same thing at the same time. A timed agenda keeps it to an hour. Welcome new people, share the numbers, give each team five minutes, spotlight one piece of work and leave a real slot for questions. Collect questions on the page beforehand so the hard ones get asked.

When to use it

  • Monthly or quarterly company meetings
  • Department meetings with more than ten people
  • Any meeting where you share numbers with everyone

How to use it

  1. 01

    Time every item

Put minutes next to each agenda point and a name. The host keeps to them.

  2. 02

    Collect questions early

Share the page with comment access a few days before. People add questions as comments, and you move them into toggles.

  3. 03

    Answer in toggles

Write the answer inside each question's toggle during or after the meeting.

  4. 04

    Publish the notes

Publish the page so people who missed it can read it, or link it from the team wiki.

Or have the AI draft your version

"Write a quarterly all-hands agenda for a 40-person company with a CEO update, revenue and hiring numbers, three team updates, a customer story and 15 minutes of questions."
